International Adoption

Adoptions From The Heart began offering international adoption programs over fifteen years ago when we felt the need of children overseas who needed loving homes. Due to social, political or economic reasons many children can not stay with their birth families.

The governments of these countries have opened their doors to parents who seek to adopt their children and give them a good life and a "forever family."

In May of 2008 AFTH was denied Hague Accreditation by COA. AFTH still has plans to file a petition for reconsideration but we are waiting for specific answers from COA regarding our denial. Due to our denial of accreditation we have had to close many of our international programs. We are also not able to write home studies for families working in Hague Accredited countries at this time. Only our Russia and Ukraine programs are still currently accepting new applications.
