Russia Adoption

In 2006, Adoptions From The Heart established a partnership with another agency registered as a Non-Governmental Organization in Russia to process adoptions. Working with this agency we are happy to offer adoptions in Russia as an option to our families. 

This program is open and currently accepting new applications.

Quick Facts

⇒ Children 12-36 months
⇒ Children as old as 5 years available
⇒ Single women can adopt
⇒ 2 or more children can be adopted at one time in the case of biological siblings
⇒ Families may choose gender
