Families Seeking an African-American ChildSean & Jami - Family #164
Dear Birthparent(s), We are Todd and Vikram and live in Todd (right) works for non-profit near our home; and is involved in fundraising, volunteer management and event co-ordination. Vikram works as a software consultant; and tends to work from home a lot. We both enjoy cooking, gardening, reading, hiking, camping, sailing, ice hockey, and most outdoor activities. We like spending time with our nieces and nephews. We travel whenever we can get time off together. We have an “international family”, with a German, Japanese and American in the family, and with three religions we are sensitive of various religions, races and traditions. We are also involved in different charities in our community. We eat dinner together every night, go grocery shopping together, and maintain a healthy diet. What makes our relationship strong is the respect we hold for each other - seeing each other as equals allows us to be completely honest and open with each other. We complement each other and maintain a very balanced life. We draw from each others strengths and make a very strong family. We always wanted to adopt and with open adoption, we realized how lucky our child will be to hear their story from their birthparents. We believe strongly in education and plan to provide every opportunity to the child; along with passing our appreciation of nature by and arts, and expose the child to the wonders of this world. We will instill the sense of goodness and the sensibility to do the right thing every time. Thank you and we wish you the very best with whatever decision that you choose to make.
