Dear Expectant Parents, Hello! We are Amy and Mike and we are super excited to build our family through adoption. We hope you will consider us as adoptive parents. We have been happily married for just over 10 years and live in a very close-knit neighborhood. We have very close family ties and enjoy holiday and everyday gatherings. Our parents have been superb role models and have demonstrated how to build a loving, wonderful family. We are proud to say that we are very different people—Mike is a city boy and Amy is a country girl. Because of this we’ve been able to experience different journeys in our lives and for that we are most fortunate. About Amy: Amy is a graphic designer and an editor. She enjoys playing softball, gardening, reading, skiing, spending time in the woods, attending football games, and traveling. About Mike: Mike is a 7th grade math teacher. He enjoys working with numbers, politics, playing softball, attending football games, watching a variety of sports, skiing, and spending time outdoors on crisp fall days. We promise. . . to teach our child to love and respect others. To encourage our child to be the best they can be. To tell our child about his/her birthparents. To enjoy each moment life brings. And to be the best parents we can be. We’ve shared many wonderful experiences as a couple and we cannot wait to share our love with a child.
